We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer who knows what works - and moves people.
You’ll define and drive the motion identity of our brand across product, social, and marketing surfaces.
If you’re fluent in TikTok + Reels trends, can spot a visual cliché before it lands, and you have the craft to elevate motion from noise to narrative - this role is for you
You’ll work at the intersection of design, storytelling, and culture - shaping how users feel the product before they even touch it.
What You’ll Be Doing
Concept and execute high-impact motion assets: videos, reels, micro-content, app visuals, UI animations
Build and evolve a motion language that reflects emotion, music, and intelligence
Translate product features into visceral, scroll-stopping stories
Collaborate with product, growth, and creative to bring campaigns to life
Experiment fast with new formats, memes, edits, cuts, visual storytelling
Create frameworks so that motion scales - not breaks
We’re Looking for Someone Who…
Has 4–6+ years experience in motion design for brands or products
Lives and breathes modern social media (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Knows when to be trendy - and when to break away with taste
Has strong command of After Effects, Premiere, Figma (bonus for 3D or AI tools)
Has a sharp design eye and a sense of humor
Can think fast, edit fast, ship fast - and still sweat the detail
Bonus Points
Experience working with sound/music as a storytelling layer
Interest in generative tools, AI, or creator tech
Comfort working async / startup-style with ownership
