We’re growing fast — and now, we’re looking for a technical recruiter who’s not afraid to hunt, pitch, and close talent like a founder would.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and evolve our end-to-end tech hiring funnel (from outreach to signed offer)
- Run high-signal sourcing for exceptional engineers, researchers, and builders
- Partner with founders and team leads to shape role definitions and bar-raising processes
- Write personality-rich outreach messages people actually respond to
- Build and maintain our talent pipeline, track candidate experience, and close top talent in a noisy market
- Be our internal voice of talent: data-informed, people-smart, fast to learn and adapt
You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Have 2–5 years of technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in startups or high-performance teams
- Speak engineer fluently — and know how to pitch complex roles to curious minds
- Are obsessed with signal > volume and run tight search workflows (LinkedIn, Github, Twitter, .patch, etc.)
- Have a high standard for candidate experience
- Prefer shipping small experiments quickly over building processes you don’t need yet
- Love AI, product thinking, and working alongside people who move fast and think deeply
Bonus Points
- You’ve hired for AI roles (ML infra, LLMs, applied research, data engineering, etc.)
- You’ve worked with early-stage or stealth teams
- You’ve built your own sourcing stack or use clever hacks (like vector search for talent 🤓)
- You’ve closed people who were “unreachable”
